The new 120-unit multifamily community is part of the Fairfield Commons development which includes a 111-room hotel and a 7,500 square foot retail building. Designed to accommodate a diverse range of occupants, the new contemporary building will meet the need for high quality and affordable housing in Somerset. 30 of the units will be designated workforce housing units. Amenities include, a fitness center, an outdoor patio, plus a community room designed to accommodate work-from-home employees and entertainment space.
