Located on 7.7 acres, Caro at Tuscan Village was formerly home to the Rockingham Park horse racing establishment, and will be part of the 4,000,000 sf mixed-use Tuscan Village development, the largest mixed-use lifestyle center in New Hampshire. Caro consists of 260 apartment units surrounding a landscaped amenity-filled courtyard, including a swimming pool, BBQ stations, fire pit and exterior turf areas for outdoor games.
